Shipping policy

Shipping:

Once your order is successfully submitted, our team will work hard to get your order packed so it can be on its way within 24-72 hours of being paid, unless specified that the item is a preorder. If item is a preorder, item will ship in 48 hours after receiving item in stock.

*We ship all orders as quickly as possible, but please note that there may be processing delays in shipping during sale events and peak shopping days. We do not ship on holidays.

Tracking Your Order:

Once your order is successfully packed for shipment, you will receive an email notification with your tracking number. You can then track your package’s progress directly from the link in this email.

Missing Packages:

Please reach out to our customer service team at stellamarco@gmail.com within 72 hours of showing that package was delivered.

If a package is not delivered due to the incorrect address being provided at the time of purchase, Stellamaeco. is not liable for mis-delivery
